Recipe coconut banana cake for fasting ramadan food

Entering the fasting month of Ramadan in 2013 than iftar menus are generally dinghy or sweet tea or syrup, of course, there are also other light snacks or often name Tajil.
on the occasion of this post I will share some pie menus that may be suitable for fasting. one of them is coconut banana cake, here is the recipe and how to make coconut banana cake for 15 servings

Ingredients:
200 gr old half coconut, grated
2 ripe bananas, sliced oblique
80 gr rice flour
200 cc coconut milk
1 tsp salt
80 grams sugar
50 gr flour
200 cc coconut milk
2 eggs
Oil to spread

How to make:
1. Combine the coconut milk with the flour, and cook until thickened, stir well and remove from heat.
2. Combine flour that has been cooked earlier with grated coconut and rice flour, then sprinkle with sugar and salt, mix well. Pour a little water, while stirring.
3. Heat the mold and spread with oil.
4. Put the mixture into the mold until it is full, cap. Roast on low heat until half cooked, garnish it with bananas, cooking briefly, remove from heat.
5. Banana cake ready to be served with a sprinkle of sugar
