Recipes for Oxtail Soup

Ingredients :
1500 ml water
Oxtail 1 kg (10 pieces)
150 grams of carrots, sliced
250 grams of potatoes, cut into 4 pieces
Seasoning mashed :
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 tablespoon salt
3 Red onion , sliced
1 teaspoon pepper
Other spices:
2 stalks celery
scallions, sliced into 2 tablespoons
cloves 10 pieces
2 pieces of tomato, cut into 4 pieces
How to make:
1. Boil tail first by using 150 ml of water until a soft half
2. Add the herbs that have been previously mashed and cloves, then boil again until the tail be true - really soft
3. Add potatoes and carrots, boil vegetables until it matures, when it will be lifted add tomatoes, celery, and green onion. then lift
